I
can't connect to my FTP space??

The most likely answer is that you've installed
Microsoft Frontpage Extensions via your control

To connect to your FTP you will need to disable FP

Due to a bug within MS FP your web pages &
images could become corrupt if you connect to the
FTP server with the extensions for Frontpage
installed. |

| Do you provide SMTP |
Unfortunately we have had to suspend our SMTP
service due to the service being abused by people
sending spam messages through it.
The load was causing our services to slow down for
other users.
We have no plans to re-introduce this service.
Your ISP should provide you with a SMTP address to
use with your email, the only one we know that
doesn't provide this is AOL. |
